We measure how much air your home leaks, test duct leakage and take basic air quality readings. You get a written report.

We seal leaky joints, seams and boots with mastic and metal tape, so the air you pay to cool reaches your rooms instead of the attic.
How it works
Most North Texas homes have ductwork running through the attic. Every leaky joint and loose connection blows cooled air into one of the hottest places in the house.
We seal connections at the air handler, plenum, takeoffs, joints and the boots behind your vents with mastic or metal tape. Never duct tape. It doesn't last.
Add a duct leakage test before and after, and you'll see the difference in numbers.
Share of the air moving through a typical duct system that's lost to leaks, holes and poorly connected ducts.

How the job goes
We trace your duct system and note leaks, disconnects and crushed runs.
Mastic or metal tape goes on every joint, seam and boot in the scope.
Loose, crushed or disconnected ducts are reattached and supported.
If you added testing, we retest and show you the difference.
No. ENERGY STAR advises against duct tape because it doesn't last. We use mastic and metal tape made for ductwork.
Often. If the duct feeding that room leaks or is disconnected, sealing and repairing it gets more cool air to the vent.
No. Sealing stops air leaks. Cleaning removes dust and debris inside the ducts. They solve different problems.
